Flipkart wardrobe complaint

I placed an order for flipkart 4 door wardrobe and when i received the product i was not allowed to open the product. When the technician arrived i found that the back of the wardrobe was paper thin and was not as mentioned of engineered wood. I'm really really dissatisfied by the quality i received and want to return the product. When the technician arrived to verify whether my mentioned reasons were correct or not he agreed in front of me that he has updated the same but after some time my return request got cancelled. I raised one more complaint but the date given is 8 october. I don't know what should i do i paid 12323 ₹ for the wardrobe and i'm feeling like what should i do??
They second time cancelled my return request saying that the product is intact. So i would like to tell them the technician himself intacted the product.

Chandrakanti mam solved my issue . A big thanks to her, because without her this was really impossible. Btw, customer support themselves need some support from the company as they are not aware with the policies of the company. Again thanks a lot chandrakanti mam

If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement of your bank account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card with the reference number in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell.

Customer raised a complaint stating that the product is not as expected. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for refund of the order. The seller has confirmed the refund has been completed on October 24, 2019. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
