Flipkart Game Zone — game zone error

Already I contact with flipkart care about can not access game zone. They said I used different account in same IP, so they blocked game zone . After 2 or 3 days it will be work again. But still
more than 3 months it does not work. Also I have a question, In same IP I can't access different accounts for game zone but how they accept orders through same IP used by different accounts?
