Really very much worried of this flipkart services.
I have ordered a mobile meizu m3 note on 2nd august 2018, after many delays (With out any proper reason) got the product by 23rd august 2018.
After opening of the box come to know that i received the different product. Instead of meizu m3 note i got moto g4.
And raised an return request immediately but till now no person has come o collect my product and last date to return is september 1st 2018..
Please flipkart team respond to this complaint soon and resolve it by 30th august 2018.
If it is not going solve my 30th august i am going to take severe action and for that i am not the responsible person.
I am not understanding why this flipkart customer care is soo reckless. Was this information helpful? |
