Flipkart — Got damaged Infinix note 10 pro

I raside request to flipkart twise with issue and i sent pic also even flipkart asked id card even i asked that too still flipkart saying seller reject, with wt hope i need to buy device from flipkart?
I hope will get solution atleast hear

Flipkart team keep on telling me they will resolve the end of the day I will get the same reject mail from the seller, even though i sent all proof
