I am writing this letter to convey my extreme disgust at the wrong delivery of product from your Store and further very unpleasant transactions. Unfortunately, I had to purchase your product ending up in such dishonest service.

I made this purchase through Flipkart as I was very happy with the past purchases and the latest collection of products.
I was expecting the delivery of the item which I ordered but the one I received had no resemblence to the ordered one or the product displayed in your advertisement. I requested return through several chats with your agents and is very disappointing to understand that the company is trying to fool me, firstly by delivering a wrong product and further denying my return requests by alleging that 'I' cancelled my return request. Failure to deliver the right product demands full refund of my money and I am emotionally taken aback by the fraudulent service I received from Flipkart who is denying refund of my hard-earned money.
