[Resolved] Flipkart — Hanging & heating issues

I have purchased lecco 2 on 13th oct order no - od[protected]. And it's working bad & hanging, camera problem, heating body. Called customer care but they says that i have to go to authorised center am not understanding that i purchased it only 2-3 days before bt even they says to go service center. I am facing problem in that mobile even the flipkart customer care don't responding or now i want to return the mobile before 10 days replacement not satisfied with the mobile or flipkart customer care.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke with customer as he said that the camera is not working properly so informed to customer that it is already post replacement policy so we are unable to do anything kindly request you to visit to the service center and get the issue resolved. So the service center details has been shared with the customer.

So closing the case.
