Received Moto E on 4th Feb and raised request on 12th Feb
There's sim slot issue in the device, they told that they will arrange a Engg visit, as it is my official addresss, I told them that it's not possible for me to allow ur Engg to come into the office building, later they asked me to install some app to check the device but in that app it's clearly mentioned that app will give access to all the data on my device, due to security reasons I denied to give access through that app
Later I agreed for a Engg visit and informed them that even thought your Engg comes we have to stand on the road and ur Engg have to check the device on road, when I agreed for Engg visit, Flipkart started saying that they do not have Engg visit option available in my location, now they are not replacing the Phone and asking me to visit the service centre
Now they are saying that it doesn't fall under 10 days replacement warranty
I raised request before 10 days
