[Resolved] Flipkart — Heating problem and very bad battery backup

Hi,

I have purchased LeTv Le 1s. Phone is good but it has heating issue and very bad battery Backup. If I use internet on this phone it heated very badly and battery draining very fast. I requested for return but there customer care called me and giving a code to check heating and reject my return request. they trying to complete one month time and trying to avoid return. This is very bad. They return small amount product easily but for mobile they reject the request. I will not buy any thing from Flipkart. Very bad experience. I will not Recommend to any body to buy mobile from flipkart.

They called me regarding phone problem and told me that your problem is resolved till 13th march. and on 13th March they asked we are sorry for not resolving the problem. do you want ur money back. I replied yes and they refunded my full amount. Thank you very much
