[Resolved] Flipkart — Horrible customer support | |
I don't even know why flipkart keeps their customer support. Like what's the point of it if you can't connect to the customer care? I have requested calls from them since yesterday but I have never received any kinds of communication from their side. This is getting really annoying. My order of moto g60 hasn't been shipped. And now, it's even undeliverable to my location. What the heck am I supposed to do now? Was this information helpful? | |
Oct 13, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved They called me and we sorted the problem out. Yes they do have some issues but as long as they make an effort, I guess it's not a problem.
