Updated by indian Anshul Sharma Today I talk To headquarter of flipkart in india. They told me we do nothing you go to service center and brand
( HP) slove your problem. But I told them i go their and HP service center team refuse my case and say you go to flipkart what we are do that thing happend with me both of companies are refuse where i go plese take action to my complaint

Updated by indian Anshul Sharma It's 7/21/2018 today and i still haven't got my problem solved yet, Flipkart (as always) is still procrastinating about solving my issue.
On May 19 (2 months ago) they sent me email that i quote: 'We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We assure you that we will resolve your problem by 23 May, 3:00 PM.'
On May 23 Flipkart emailed me, here i quote: 'We apologise for taking longer than expected to resolve your issue. We request you to provide us time till 24 May, 5:00 PM to get back to you.'
On June 27 Flipkart emailed me, here i quote: 'We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We assure you that we will resolve your problem by 04 Jul, 10:00 AM.'
On July 6 Flipkart emailed me, here i quote: 'We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We assure you that we will resolve your problem by 12 Jul, 3:00 PM.'
I have uploaded screenshots of all these emails as proof along with this update.
And as always i say, it's July 21, and Flipkart has done nothing but disappointing me, from now i have lost believe in being an online consumer.
Hoping consumercomplaints.in can help me get a refund through Flipkart,
