My name is madhuri kumari. [protected]@gmail.com here is my email address. I ordered a wireless mouse from flipkart. When i open the box i got only mouse, there is no usb, which helps to connect the mouse to the pc through usb. I raised the issue against them on flipkart, talk to the customer care about this concern but they extend the time and date. But they can't able to resolve, they ask the identify proof on my gmail so i also gave them proof but later on they said " sorry, the seller cannot able to fulfill your return request and reject my request now they block my account on flipkart. I raise issue thrice now it is 4th time i raise issue. Tell me what is my fault. Tell me what i do next

Updated by Khiladi S Sir they block my account and said unusually higher no. Of return and refund from your account. But I return only one product so how they said that I returned the product many times. Please sir do something. Sir, my last hope is you please help me .
