[Resolved] Flipkart — I am complaining about tempered glass for mobile

I placed order for a Lenova Mobile Phab 2 and along with I ordered for S Gripline tempered glass guard for the same phone on 3rd May 2017 (Order No. OD[protected]. The tempered glass supplied to me on 6th May was not fit for Lenova Phab 2 and it was smaller than that phone and there was no proper holes for camera etc in the tempered glasssupplied. I was cheated in this regard by saying that this was not returnable. Please attend to it immediately and send me a correct tempered glass for Lenova phab 2 mobile phone. My mobile no. Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to the customer, initiated refund for MOBIHUB Tempered Glass Guard for Lenovo Phab 2 and Gizmofreaks Flip Cover for Lenovo Phab 2 Plus, said the customer, product will be picked up on 20th May and refund will be credited within 2 BD. Customer agreed. Closing the complaint from our side.
