Dear Authorities, I have bought this table long back from flipkart, for which the quality was super bad. I reported about this the next day and ask for refund for the product. Where the seller sent the service engineer two times. One time the Service engineer did not show up and second time he showed up and sent the report to the seller. Still we did not receive any clearance on the issue. I have contacted flipkart more than 30 to 35 times and all time the response I get is we will get back to you soon with better resolution of your problem. And now I am super frustrated with this experience. I don't know why flipkart authorities do not understand or value. Customer's time and efforts. I have wasted way to much time just regarding this product. And troubled my parents several time just for this issue, As I ordered this for my parents during this corona time. I am hoping to solve this issue sooner, because I do have some plan to do more shopping and I do not wish to use flipkart for my further shopping until this issue is resolved. As I dont have more energy left to deal later on for other products related problems.
