I bought an AC (Order placed on Mar 18, 2022 & Order ID OD[protected], it got delivered on 2nd April as promised.
There was missing pipe accessory and the same was reported by the installer and they registered the return request. But on Flipkart application, installation had been completed and they were continuously asking about this purchase experience.
After one week of continuous emails and calls with less supportive staff my replacement was accepted and new AC was delivered after approx one month of originally ordered date (Order ID OD[protected]. Now the regarding the installation no body is approaching from the company. I think my issue will be resolved ones the season is gone.
when I am reviewing the product, they are not publishing it on the product page & 24/7 customer assistance is not working from my account as they have disabled it. Was this information helpful? |
