Flipkart — I have bought product from Flipkart, the product is not delivered to me and the status is delivered on Flipkart website

I have bought the product, But the product is not delivered to me and the status is delivered on Flipkart. I have talked to Flipkart many times, I have not received the product. Please look into this. They gave me the same reply, We can't help with this and close the query open in Flipkart. I have attached the conversion. Rs 1399 is not a small amount for me. I bought it for my daughter's safety. I want a product or amount. Please help me.
