Dear concern,
I have purchased one moto e4 plus mobile on 03.11.2017. I have faced the problem while charging the mobile is over heating as well as in normal using. The camera performance also not good as i excepted. So i contacted with flip kart customer executive to exchange the mobile. She said it can not be exchange. Only can replace it and also i said if the new mobile will be higher price tan this i m ready for pay it. But still nobody wants to take that response. I am tried to several ways. Again i am request you to exchange the product i will go for the higher value. I hope you understand & co-operate me.
