[Resolved]  Flipkart — I ordered inalsa steamax steam iron its not working the moment it got delivered and they are not ready to refund

I ordered a steam iron from flipkart which wasn’t working at all they are supposed to give me the refund they are not they are telling me refund is not applicable when the product is not working how can you not give a refund how can you cheat your loyal customer like this and how can you sel such product why will I take the replacement when the product is so cheap why should I take the replacement I called them so many times I feel cheated I need the refund for this product.
