I wish you to raise the issue of improper marketing techniques used by flipkart.
So that the bona fide customer could get aware about such poor marketing tactics and compel flipkart to provide better consumer service.
I am sending you the text that i have mailed to flipkart.

I had placed an order of philips trimmer qt4011/15 on 26th feb 2018 for rs1499.
I had contacted flipkart customer care on 1st mar when the product was not yet dispatched by the seller and the executive assured me that the order is approved and confirm and will surely be dispatched.
But today i. E. 3rd mar i received a mail that the product has been cancelled due to limited stock.
I had a talk with one of senior executive today vikas and he was continuously saying sorry and didn't come out with any solution.
A regular bonafide customer with a very long association with flipkart like me feels very cheated by this fraudulent technique of marketing by lowering the price and then not delivering product even after it is confirmed and wasting my 6 days without any information about cancellation even on call on 1st mar.
I request you to kindly refer to todays call with mr vikas and come out with a solution by offering the same product on the same price otherwise i will definitely take up the isse to social networking and it may have adverse effect on reputation of company and it definitely comes under fraud.
Waiting for an early reply."
