Please find all the images of the MI phone attached for reference. I am not sure what fault they found with this phone. More than that it was not accepted, the way the shipman and his senior spoke was worst.
I expected Flipkart to have better customer service and ordered one of the costliest products from your site. Amazon had given 500 discount along with exchange for the same product. I always ordered other mobiles from Amazon and never had issues like this before.
This is the best reward that I get. More than 7 hrs of my time at office, I am sitting and following up the issue with your customer care.
Never expected such behavior from your end. Does Flipkart shipman expect a brand new phone from your customers when they exchange phone? It you still have any issues pl contact me at [protected]. For the mental pressure that I go through cos all this Flipkart should actually reward me with goodies.
