Flipkart.in — refund yet not processed it's already passed 16 days

I order, graphic print chinnalapattu shimmer fabric saree (Blue), it was cancled from seller
I didn't get the refund for my cancled order. Actually they are not to initiated my refund. But always flipkart told me refund initiated but it was fake promissed from flipkart, flipkart now mentally harasment me, whenever i am calling to flipkart they are saying your refund processed and also told me you need to wait 6 bussines days but it was fake information provided me. I dont know where the starting point 6 bussinese days
I request to senior back of team please refund my amount in my bank account, i never payment to flipkart its my mistake,
