I have made a purchase of rs 825/- from Flipkart.com online portal. The product was cash on delivery which was made on 24th of Aug, 2022.
The product was not as per description, so returned the product on 25th Aug, 2022!

For refund of money, I linked bank account details. From flipkart they clearly mentioned that they initiated the refund to my bank account.

I have received several mails. But till now...

I have invested around 1l and they have told me to pay 30k incline tax to withdraw the amount. I have paid 31k but still they are telling you have to pay 30668 but you paid 31k. They are again asking to pay 30668 exact amount. Can you please help on the same

I asked for a face mask from flipkart but i ordercanelled because of the delivery on time. And requested a refund. Flipkart posted a message saying that they will get a refund within 10 days.
