[Resolved] Flipkart — installation of tv not done and uncivilised customer care

I purchase a lg 43 inch tv which got delivered to me on 21st of april. They promised that free installation will be done by 24th of feb. Its more than 10 day., and whenever i call their customer care they arte very rude and warn me not to call. They are not doing the installation and my tv is kept without being used.

Very irresponsible company with illiterate people sitting in the customer care who don't have the basic sense of how to talk to customers

Updated by vjk1688 When Will you revert. You should close your shop if you can't serve the customers. I had to spent Rs. 2500 on the installation when it should have been given by you for free as promised in the product page.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the installation and demo is not completed. We have interacted with the customer and customer confirmed that he has got the installation and demo completed on his own. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
