[Resolved]  Flipkart — Issue with return form their side

I ordered a phone Moto x play on 4th Dec ...there was hardware issu with the phone so first I requested for a replacement then I said that I want a refund against it and flipkart did a smartcheck of the phone and siad wait 24-48 hours ur replacement request will be cancelled and we will initiate a refund request..this all happened on 19dec and today Is 26dec still it my issue hasn't been resolved and whenever I contact them they say plz wait for 24-48hr our concern department will update u soon but I don't even get a call or mail from them and I call them 4-5 times in a day...please help me out with this ...
