[Resolved]  Flipkart — jbl xtreme speaker faulty not return getting cancelled

I ordered a jbl xtreme speaker from flipkart on 3rd December, I received it on 5th dec the product was faulty tech visit done and hence it was taken back I was given a replacement product on 8th dec 2019 it was faulty again, the issue with battery back up. Its showing 3-4 hours of backup which is not acceptable because in the product description page of flipkart its written up to 15 hours and in speaker box also it's mentioned you will get 15 hours of playtime. I highlighted the issue the tech visit was arranged from some 3rd party partner of flipkart 'JEEVES', according to technician and their tech support the battery back up which is showing around 3-4 hours is absolutely ok and normal if flipkart and jbl confirming it must show 15 hours then ask them. They marked it as issue resolved. And the return gets rejected.When I call the flipkart customer support they check the same details and read out repeatedly and generate a new return request which gradually gets rejected. This continues for 3 times. For the last 2 times even technician doesn't come for tech visit and cancel saying issue resolved. Some fake promises made by flipkart agents-
'Next time you won't get tech visit directly your product will be picked up'
'In flipkart it's written up to 15 hours means 3-4 hours comes in that bracket'
Even they can't say why it is getting cancelled., if you ask to escalate the call they will put you on long hold and will disconnect the call lastly.

If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement of your bank account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card with the reference number in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell. "
