Complaint marked as Resolved Despite repeated follow ups wherein Flipkart had communicated to resolve the issue and rectify laptop within 21 days, same never happened. Flipkart didn't respond to make arrangement to repair. This amounts to a gesture to cheat customer. Please make flipkart to act with clean and effective customer care attitude to resolve and contact

In spite of repeated visits to authorized service centre of dell, we have been repeatedly denied service with respect to the laptop purchased from flipkart. On account of this scenario, it is practically impossible to create a job sheet as it is in contrast with the policies of the brand dell. This morning Souvik had a brief conversation with your customer care executive Ms Sudeshna, who seems to have committed that the warranty certification will be done by 4th january, 2016. In case this is not met with, the consumer forum will be notified about this. Will appreciate your immediate response.
