[Resolved]  Flipkart — Laptop Order not Shipped

Order ID - OD[protected] product not shipped for long time, why so much delay in your support?

Ordered on 2nd Oct
1st promise delivery date: 7th oct
2nd promise delivery date: 13th oct
Again promised delivery for 19th oct
What is this false promises?

Several time I contacted flipkart customer care but they are not able to solve it, just they keep on generating incidence ID and false resolution dates.
