Order ID: OD[protected] I ordered Lenevo A6000 Plus on 28th April and received very promptly on 2nd May. First 7-10 days it ran smoothly but after that the device was facing a heating issue, since then the battery of the device draining in 3-4hrs without any internet or other service usage. It takes upto 8-12hrs to recharge it for a 100%. Sd card media is not showing in gallery, songs are not appearing in music apps. I filed a complaint with flipkart on 19th May and received exactly two calls. At first call on 21st May I was busy so they rescheduled the call but after that at the second call on 23rd May the technical support executive took alternative number, requested to install smart check app and never called back again, though he promised to call me back within an hour on the alternate number. And on 26th may Flipkart's seller cancelled my claim. So without any resolution, without any assessment, how can they cancel my claim? Under flipkart 30days hassle free return they bound to offer a refund or replacement if the product acts faulty. Submitted another claim but it seems they will not listen and close the claim again.
