I ordered a lg led tv from flipkart on 25-may-16 with order id od[protected] according to flipkart, order will reach at given address till 09-june-16 i got a call on 4th june from courier company on my contact no-[protected] which updated with delivery address stating that your courier has been received at faizabad please come and collect your courier otherwise we will send it back. I call to flipkart customer care on the same date and informed them that courier company refused to provide doorstep delivery flipkart executive said do not worry we will arrange you delivery at your doorstep. One or two time i received call back from flipkart also related my concern they said same. Now today i got a text message again from flipkart that they deliver the product till 12-june-16.
When i ordered the product i clearly mentioned my area pin code then why i am facing this type of problem.

I placed order for my sister marriage its very important for me i am a regular customer of flipkart i have placed different order also from flipkart.
Surprising fact :-
Order placed on 25-may-16
Reached at faizabad on-04-june-16
From faizabd to delivery distance 10-20 km
Time has been taken 6 days to deliver item for 10-20km distance but not delivered yet.
When i received call from courier service and i asked when my item will be deliver courier person said courier can be deliver if any couier boy wil be available otherwise same will be returned.
Washing maschine has been deliver at same address which order from flipkart on the same day.
Courier person who deliver washing machine asking for rs-50-100 for kharcha pani i refused to pay him single rupee.
He was doing miss call on my given number [protected] at the time of last delivery (Washing machine).

Now tell me why should i wait for 12-june-16 while i am with touch of your customer care service and informed them all the details. As a customer i need proper response why my order is not deliver yet. I have prepaid for the same.

One more funny point
In flipkart order details there is mentioned that customer no response while i am following regular basis with flipkart customer care for my order

Flipkart is a brand name flipkart needs to be contact with their courier facility for delay. As a customer i paid flipkart not to courier company so i request to flipkart find out the exact reason and give a trust full response.
