To the handling authority,
With an amount of heavy trust i ordered a lg brand 6 kg front door washing machine on 2nd of oct 2017. I had to gift this to a relative but the purpose was not surved as it was delivered about 10 days late. But i understand sometimes this happens. Ok. But when the person sent by flipkart came to install this he found the product was damaged (He only opened it for the first time). He suggested me to return the product, the very same day i requested for the return. Since then, i have got calls from 3 different lg showrooms ranchi, dhanbad and jhumri tilaiya. They said they can exchange the product if they get some confirmation from flipkart. They are also saying that thats why we ask people not to buy products from e-commerce stores, really??? After some days i stopped getting calls from every where. Now, no one is talking about refund or exchange. The pick up date has also been extended twice and now its 13th nov 2017, only god and flipkart knows whats happening with my product.
Should a customare wait for like months for a washing machine?
I request you to please look into this matter and resolve this issue as soon as possible because already i'm so much frustrated and hopeless on this issue. Please dont make me regret on the decision of buying it from flipkart. With a hope that you will do something to keep ur customare faith, and if you cant do anything please refund the money on given account details to this account.
