My name is Bincy. I have been a customer of flipkart for over 5 years now.
Recently, i had ordered 5 live plants.
First 3 orders, i got the wrong products.Called several times for help, but got rejected and refused for various reasons. Sometimes, i get a message saying the seller refused or rejected, sometimes the message says i decided to keep the order, sometimes it said the courier service partner confirmed that the package was intact. I dont want something that i didnt order for. I need my money back as soon as possible.
The rest 2 plants were totally broken and damaged. I have proof of video, pictures and the delivery agent itself had told me, ma'am please dont order plants online-you would never get it healthy. Fought a lot on calls, finally replaced it, again with broken plants.
Since i kept calling daily, my account is blocked since a week.
They keep saying i would get calls or mails from backend support team, but nothing happened till date.
I just need my money back.
