[Resolved]  Flipkart — livpure ro purifier

I bought this product from flipkart and having issues since the day of installation. From installation to leakage from the product then from water taste to purifier stopped working, faced all issue from the day of installation. The customer care is also not helping. Tried reaching livpure cust care but they are also not helping. Regretting that i purchased this from flipkart. Livpure is a #. I don't know how tendulkar is endorsing this. Flipkart is not providing any assistance once the product is installed and livpure is not taking complains. Their maximum service time is 48 hrs so if anything happens to your purifier then you have to live without water for 48 hrs and believe me i had to drink tap water in the night as all the shops were closed.

Thanks for writing in. We're sorry to hear that you're facing issues with your Product. Since the product was delivered to you on 21 May 19, it has crossed the seller's 10 days replacement period. Due to this, the seller will not be able to fulfil your replacement request. However, the product is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, so you can get in touch with the brand authorised service centre and they'll be able to help you out. In the unlikely event of the brand's authorised service centre not being able to help you, please let us know and we'll definitely assist you. Hope this helps.
