[Resolved]  Flipkart — malfunctioning laptop

I am writing you to express my dissatisfaction with a lenovo laptop. I purchased last month via
Flipkart. I am most annoyed that in this brand new laptop as different letters in keyboard working continuously. So that i cannot even use it for writing a mail.
I already sent mail to lenovo customer care and did not get any reply. I made the decision to buy the lenovo laptop because of previous good recommendations some friends of mine gave me about lenovo. However, after this experience, i feel deceived.

Since the product was delivered to you on 09 Jun 20, it has crossed the seller's 7 days replacement period. Due to this, the seller will not be able to fulfill your return request. However, the product is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, so you can get in touch with the brand authorized service center and they'll be able to help you out. Hope this helps.
