Like many users I too have come across issue regarding IMEI not verifying.
I had been following up with Flipkart more than 10 days under complain no IN[protected] which after much follow ups shared the complain no
Under Festive sale disguise, Flipkart has undertaken malpractice by putting up fancy offers ln my case exchange of old Cell phone against New cell phone from their website..
When we opt for buying product under echange scheme the same is turned down by the system stating that IMEI is not getting verified, however in reality the Same iMEI is getting verified on AMAZON India for similar exchange programme.
More surprising part is on Mobile App of Flipkart under the festive Sale there exist one option were old mobile are offered to be pruchased with good value without any echange (only buying old cell from end user), hereto the process is similar by registering our handset with IMEI no to avail value, to my surprise the same Flipkart has offered good value by verifying same IMEI which was rejected under exchange programme
this is nothing but misguiding people by lurring or attracting cosumers, such practice is really unfair to consumer and flipkart either tries to be ignorant or willfully conducting such practice as no action has been undertaken by any Governing body.
I would sincerely request your intervention to stop such MALPRACTICES undertaken by E-commerce Giants Was this information helpful? |
