I have been facing a major issue with Flipkart's Marq team regarding the repair of my home air conditioner. Unfortunately, it has been a frustrating and lengthy process. Initially, it took them two weeks to even consider my request, and I had to pay Rs. 1000 to the local Marq support for ordering some parts. After 15 days of waiting, the representative informed me that the repair was not possible and that Flipkart would refund me instead. This has left me and my parents without an air conditioner for an entire summer, causing significant discomfort. My parents in India had to endure the extreme heat, which made it incredibly difficult for them to survive without an AC.
I have been trying to reach out to the provided email addresses, but the responses have been delayed and unhelpful. Despite attempting to contact them through the provided phone number, we have been unsuccessful in getting through. It is incredibly frustrating to deal with Flipkart's poor customer service, and there seems to be no way to reach out to them through the Flipkart order page. The lack of communication and assistance in resolving this issue is disheartening.
