I have purchased MarQ AC on 11th April and the same was installed on 15th April, due to some issue we went to other place and came on 10th May. When i tried to ON the AC by set the temperature at 18 for more-than 1 hour it is not cooling. I tried to reachout Marq Customer care regarding this issue.
I have made a complaint on 13-May-2019 (Ticket ID- 9E14-36575KDSC[protected].
One of the Service Engineer from Jeeves confirmed through phone that it was due to wrong Installation by the other executive, I am continuously calling on Jeeves(their after sale service partner) customer care number but found no solution except new date every time. I sent several mails to [protected]@flipkart.com, but i didn't get any positive response.
I tried to contact Flipkart team, they said return policy has been completed we are not responsible for this issue, contact Marq.
After making complaint on 13th May, they rescheduled the service without informing me and I received a message as per you request we have rescheduled service. Was this information helpful? |
