Flipkart Marq — smart tv stopped working, warranty not honoured

I purchased a MarQ Smart TV with extended warranty, 6 months back. It has stopped working. TV is not receiving signal from set top box. Menu button on TV remote is also non responsive.
I am trying to reach their customer care since last 3 days. .

No response on[protected]. Fraud on Product and Fraud on warranty too.

I have been trying to reach flipkart on every forum, but No response.
