[Resolved] Flipkart — Mental harassment

I had ordered a mobile phone (Panasonic eluga rayx) on 27 april. And i cancelled that order after few minutes of completing the order and i paid through net banking for that (Rs 8999) and i got the msg that you will get your refund upto 2nd of may and till the date now i did not get my refund and when i talked to the flipkart executives they are giving different explanations and i am getting mentally harassed. Kindly look into this.

Flipkart Customer Care's response It has been communicated to the customer and notified that refund is completed from our end and the reference number has been shared and the customer has to get in touch with the bank for the same.
