Dear team,
This is to bring in your notice that recently i bought a mi a1 phone (Order id :od[protected] but the product delivered to me was faulty, it had overheating issue.
Like a loyal customer who had trust on flipkart and also being a fan of mi phones, i raised a replacement request (Which i regret today), hoping to get a quality product.
But all these doesn't ended here. Instead of giving me an immediate replacement, i received messages like we will contact you on so and so date.. After receiving these kind of messages twice or trice, finally i called up the customer care and after a long discussion my replacement request was approved.
But to my utter shock this time also i received a defective piece. The camera of the phone costing rs. 14, 999 was not working. It had some hardware issue. This time when i approached customer care (Within 10 days) i received an answer that according to their policy they cant initiate a refund or replacement and told me to visit mi service center.
The entire incident was very disappointing and caused a huge inconvenience to me. Here i cant see "flipkart assured - our promise to deliver quality products" getting fulfilled anywhere. Moreover this kind of incidents are a big hit on the trust of customer on flipkart and also raises a lot of question regarding the service being provided.
Why a customer should suffer for mistakes done at your end. Here both the time a defective product was delivered. If not a replacement, please provide full refund. Stop creating such inconvenience and deceiving customers like this.
