[Resolved] Flipkart — Micro ax canvas xpress 2 - specification not matched

Sir, I have purchased above mobile throuh flipkart vide order no.[protected] dt 19 Sep 15 and delivered item to me on 21 Sep 15. In that I have observed following discrepancies : 1. Display 4.5" instead of 5" as promised. Battery standby time is only 10 hours instead of more than 300 hours as promised.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke with the customer as he is saying that the scren size is mentioned in the website is 5 inch screen but the screen size is 4 .5 inch so informed to customer that we will escalate the issue to the relevant stake holders kindly give some time we will update you on this regard.
