Flipkart despite several requests to deliver my order before diwali, not even bothered to deliver it after diwali.
Issue was escalated & resolution date given was 23rd, while delivery date was 20th.
No update by 23rd. New date given was 25th by customer care exec.
By evening of 25th no call. I called back just to get a reply that there is no update from seller omniretail & another 24-48 hour given.
Ordered on: 12th, expexted packing by 17th, expected delivery by 20th
Status: stil pending, not even packed
This is fine example of pathetic customer service in our country by almost every company. These indian origins make a market first by cheesy lines "ab har wish hogi poori" and later on forget the customers who made them big.
No proper response given by any of customer care executives. Flipkart is not at all concerned at providing resolution at earliest. Its like gov offices, tareekh pe tareekh.
I even tweeted kalyan krishnamurthy, sachin bansal, binny bansal but they too, the so called karta dharta of flipkart, are not concerned. God help flipkart. It started with boom, and will collapse with not even a spark.
Worst cae scenario is, customer is left helpless. My order is already paid one. I need my product asap, dont need refund. No one is giving any hint on whats the status. They just sound helpless, as in sellers are governing flipkart not like flipkart is governing them.

This is horrible.
I want my original product asap. This is cheating. You guys are further spoiling things instead of making up for your mistake.
Original order went well, its there in place, payment done already. They should arrange product how ever possible. This is not acceptable flipkart.
[protected]@flipkart, again repeating i am not any casual customer, who will be desperate to get back his money. I am business customer, running my own businesses. We offer great deal of customer service to our customers, unlike you. So I wont cancel my order & wait for product, fighting with you.
