[Resolved]  Flipkart — microwave not even packed while delivery date was 20th oct

Flipkart despite several requests to deliver my order before diwali, not even bothered to deliver it after diwali.

Issue was escalated & resolution date given was 23rd, while delivery date was 20th.
No update by 23rd. New date given was 25th by customer care exec.
By evening of 25th no call. I called back just to get a reply that there is no update from seller omniretail & another 24-48 hour given.

Ordered on: 12th, expexted packing by 17th, expected delivery by 20th
Status: stil pending, not even packed

This is fine example of pathetic customer service in our country by almost every company. These indian origins make a market first by cheesy lines "ab har wish hogi poori" and later on forget the customers who made them big.

No proper response given by any of customer care executives. Flipkart is not at all concerned at providing resolution at earliest. Its like gov offices, tareekh pe tareekh.

I even tweeted kalyan krishnamurthy, sachin bansal, binny bansal but they too, the so called karta dharta of flipkart, are not concerned. God help flipkart. It started with boom, and will collapse with not even a spark.

Worst cae scenario is, customer is left helpless. My order is already paid one. I need my product asap, dont need refund. No one is giving any hint on whats the status. They just sound helpless, as in sellers are governing flipkart not like flipkart is governing them.

Another call was made yesterday at 5:00pm to customer care. Talked to him & he was unable to do anything or provide me any update. He said we dont have priveledges to check such things about order.
Asked him to transfer call to some senior. It took around 20-25 min for him to make any senior available ovver call.

Now this senior person was also helpless & only thing he could say was, "sir you have already escalated to highest level possible (as in ceo, chairman etc) & best possible team is working on issue, Backend team will contact you in 24 hours". but from his side he was unable to provide any update or anything.

He also assured that anyhow before 5pm, 27/10/17, i will get an update either via call or email. Lets see if they live up to their words or not.

Again on Nov 2, you are saying, you will revert.
No words on pathetic situation of flipkart customer care.

Actually you might be updated, yesterday i gave you one last chance to solve this issue, & this time complaint will not be on any online platform.
Already drafted a legal notice with lawyer, which will be mailed to Flipkart & subsequenlty complaint will be registered on consumer court.

Thanks for all help you provided. Will wait for your last idiotic response or proper resolution.
Hope so it is sorted out, as i dont want to drag Flipkart to consumer court.

I want my original product asap. This is cheating. You guys are further spoiling things instead of making up for your mistake.

Original order went well, its there in place, payment done already. They should arrange product how ever possible. This is not acceptable flipkart.

[protected]@flipkart, again repeating i am not any casual customer, who will be desperate to get back his money. I am business customer, running my own businesses. We offer great deal of customer service to our customers, unlike you. So I wont cancel my order & wait for product, fighting with you.

After so many calls, tweets and fb messages, this is the resolution Flipkart is providing. Which is again just a gimmic.

They are now saying ki i should cancel my original order & order same product from same seller & they will provide difference amount as EGF.

1. EGF for difference amount, so that my money is blocked & i can only spend that amount on their platform. How cunning...
2. That particular seller after 20th is having this product as out of stock in my area. Wow flipkart, such a nice resolution. Flipkart cant even make that seller to send the product against original order. Just fooling customer...
Wasting my time since 20th Oct. Every 2nd day, some 30-60 minutes wasted tallking to them, for nothing. They would always repeat thier idiotic response. Earlier it was 48 hour window. Now its, order cancellation & reorder, which cant happen coz surprisingly product is unavailable in my area now.
As in they want to say, i must wait till it comes in stock. Wowww... now i need to wait, for it to come to stock. ALready purpose is delayed by 20 days, n they want further dealy without any promised date. Ki me bewkoofo ki tarah wait karta rahu. As in my home should wait for its cooking needs for #flipkart to provide the product as per its convenience.

Flipart, if you really want to remain in market, then pay attention to customers. Else in no time you will collapse. Having sympathy for you, coz you being an Indian company, significantly wiped out by #amazon in past years, owing to poor customer service & loose policies.
