I purchased an midea 1.5 ton ac from flipkart on 06th june 2018 for an amount of rs. 29384/-, and the product was delivered to me on 08th june 2018, the installation service was provided by jeevees company. Installation completed on 10th june 2018 at 10:00 pm, when we tried using the ac for the first time after installation on 11th june 2018 the ac was not given cooling. We immediately placed a complaint with the flip kart service center. Complaint no.[protected] dated 11th june 2018.
Based on complaint, media-carrier technician form vadodara visited to checked ac on 12th june 2018. Every day, i was called 4 – 5 times in day on flip kart customer care. Every customer representative given as own view and raised issue.
Following issues raised (I don’t know why such issues raised)
1) improper installation jun.15
2) return status jun.13
3) when tech visit will happen jun.14
4) tech visit to be done for return approval jun.14
The customer care representative has very careless behaviors. Taken two working days off to resolve any issue. Customer care even don't know what to do next.
Today, new chapter open by flip kart customer care representative, he told me ‘ you have canceled or rescheduled technician visit, but already media-carrier technician done 12th june. Why i canceled or rescheduled?
Is the problem resolved by flip kart? I am too much scared to buy this product now. Now, will wait till you revert back on the status of problem.
