Hi team,
It was a very bitter experience we faced using Flipkart service. We bought a mobile and it was faulty, we asked for refund and they approved it. They send message in the morning saying that it will be picked up today, but at the 11th hour it gets rescheduled to next day. This happened twice and we got completely pissed off following up with the customer care. Whenever we call customer care, we receive a message saying that " As per your request we have rescheduled the pickup on so and so date."
Below are the issues with Flipkart's logistics service.
a. Stress and harassment caused
b. Misleading customers, defeating the commitment dates based on which customers place contract
c. Concealing information of status of order
d Its a mere waste of customers time and energy to track down order calling customer care every time.
Kindly help me lodge a complaint on Flipkart for their unprofessional and unethical behavior towards the customer.
