Flipkart — Missing item instead of mobile orders

I ordered Nokia 150 DS 2020 Keyped Mobile amount of 2718 But they taken money and delivered Empty Flipkart cartoon box. I have checked and disappointment with the issue after I raised return request on 10th September return id -[protected] after raising they require Documents proof and product received Images I have shared immediately after They rejected my refund request without any reason and without my permission. they totally doing fraud with us.

I created new return by Calling customer support they still not resolved New Return id[protected]
