Flipkart — Mobile not deliver

Dear sir
I have place my order to realme gt master edition on 4th October 2021 and it show me delivery date 9th October. But delivery boy didn't come to my address and return my order in ekart logistics.
So I want my order from the logistics but logistics not give me the parcel.
Pls help me, I have urgently need my parcel.
