My name is prabhu prasad das. I ordered a lenovo k8 plus phone order id - od[protected] but when i found this phone it was a non volte phone when flipkart already mentioned it is 4g volte phone. Sir i want a volte phone in 9k but flipkart give me wrong information about it and distracted me. If i ordered something else i found a better volte phone in other companies. Why flipkart distracted to consumers to loot their money. I also call costomer executive they told me "we can't return your money or cant replace your volte phone in same price" they sent a repair enginer he also said that it is non volte phone. Why flipkart company give give wrong information to people to distract and loot their money... Please sir help me.
