I am vigneshwaran. Last year december 5th 2016 i perchased redmi note 3 mobile gold color. But recently i am face in so many problems on that mobile. Bcaz that mobile have internal damage issue is there, batteries are so hot and melted. Batteries size are increasing. Any time that mobile was blasting. I am suffer from this issue.. I am expected lot on mobile but i am so disappointed. I send u on current mobile photos and videos below on message. So please help me. And i need exchange mobile or refund my money. Please i am waiting for responceble replay. (Warranty is available till december 2017)

I have purchase 1 Redmi Note 4 phone on 17 Oct 17,
But till time I have not my Phone.
Nobody pick my phone on customer care n return call me.
I want to know correct delivery time my phone.
