I purchased stainless steel modular rack from flipkart on 28 may 2020 and it got delivered on 3 june 2020. Further i raised return request with reason high price charged for the product. The pickup person came for the collection of product but since the product was branded as "kitchking" and the seller description is 4ten so the courier person did not picked the product saying that the product name is not matching although the product is exactly same. So i contacted customer care on 16 june 2020 and he/she asked me to cancel the return as the reason should be different brand instead of high price charged. Further they asked me to wait for atleast 72 hours so that the system gets updated with the cancellation and then asked me to contact back after 72 hours.
I contacted again on 21 june 2020 to customer care for the return but now the whole picture changed as the customer care saying that the product cannot be returned now as there is 10 days return policy which is lapsed. I asked to connect with senior executive "rahul" and he also said the same thing. But where is my fault? I raised the cancellation request on time, again contacted customer care for the help as the pick up person was not taking the product and finally contacted again to customer care for the return.
Not sure but its all the fault of flipkart as the seller has mentioned incorrect brand name in their description. Product price is high as compared to other seller on flipkart as order similar product from other seller on flipkart itself. Customer care not cooperating as i followed their instruction of return that too with the specified time limit.
