[Resolved] Flipkart — my account not login via id and password

I have many times talk to flipkart executive and my issue not relsolve.
I have 10, 000 add in my flipkart wallet then flipkart is automatic logout from my mobile apps and then it is not logging from last 20 days i have complaint to flipkart executive but not resolve my issue, my 10, 000 rs is still in flipkart account.
Flipkart incident number which two time complaint and 4 to 5 times i was call but respond.

Sagar here, actually i forgot my flipkart password so to change my password i used forgot password option but after verification of OTP, I unable to set new password. Please help to resolve this issue.
