Its very difficulty to order mi tv on flash sale, even though my dad ordered. But ekart guys didn't even call my dad properly only once they contacted. It may be not reachable. # fraud ekart guys delivered to someone else or they have purchased for themselves. My dad ordered tv it should ours, but ekart # guys sold to someone else, they didn't return, we want that tv back.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that he has received a wrong product. We have interacted with the customer and raised a replacement request with the seller. Customer has confirmed he has received the replacement product. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
