Flipkart — My order has been cancelled after placing the order.

I placed an order of iPhone 14 plus on 07/10/2023, during the "Big Billion Days". I had got an early pass which they sold for Rs:99, so that I can access the offers earlier itself i.e. (07/10/2023 instead of 08/10/2023). But it was of no use, because even the ICICI bank credit card offers they mentioned didn't work. Then we placed our order, and the estimated delivery date was the next day i.e. (08/10/2023). The salesman came to deliver the product on 10/10/2023, but it was so suspicious as he had no signs of him carrying my order. I was about to exchange my old phone, but during the process he was so impatient, rude and made few unwanted comments so we asked for another delivery partner through Flipkart service to sort this out. Messages were frequently sent to us that they will deliver our order but there is no proper estimated delivery date. The dates were manipulated and too much of confusions. Yesterday i.e. (13/10/2023), we got a message that our order has been cancelled at 2:44 am which was very unfair. I was completely disappointed and frustrated because I used to order more such products on Flipkart. I once considered Flipkart as my trustable site and now such things happening was truly ridiculous and I consider this as a scam. People order things during offers that gets to the normal price after such incident then what is the purpose of announcing such big offers as "Big Billion Days". Then I ordered a new one which costed me 6k extra. So, I definitely need some kind of compensation for this act from Flipkart either by adding some gift vouchers or by returning my money that costed me more than the offer price. I'll attach all such detailed images here for the proof. Thank you.
